I'm using it to heat my 2ksqft home as well as my new inderect fired water tank and it keeps up great, and saves a lot of money every month compared to the flue & electric components that it replaced. The display is easy to understand as a lay person.

Has digital display panel, but almost all functions are for installer or service rep, according to Owner's Manual. Used for central heating only, it failed on vacation away from home. Failed again after service to bleed air. It's only 9 months old. Good thing heat pumps worked at 20 deg F.
Replaced a leaking, poor performing Weil-McLain (still under warranty, but only to the original owner) Robben Heating of Lincoln City, OR did the Rinnai installation. Quality workmanship and follow-up throughout the process. The Rinnai is smaller and more efficient than the Weil-Mclain. Couldn't be happier. Finally a warm house.

This product is sleek and minimal in sizing compared to the less efficient boiler that we replaced. We've only had it 3 months and only with the heat on for maybe 1 month of that time. It certainly heats our house more rapidly and the initial gas bill appeared to be much less than the year prior. Less than a week after the install it did malfunction but the install company remedied that straight away. The overall install took about 4 extra days than initially stated though.

I purchased the Rinaii high efficiency boiler to replace a crappy Burhnam high efficiency boiler. It was a very easy installation. The only issue is that the outside reset that was installed did not bring the water tempature high enough to addequately heat the house so I had to disconnect the reset, Now I get an error when the system starts and runs. When I go to sell the house, that will be an issue.
