I have installed RINNAI i150SN boiler for floor heating and RUR 199IN tankless units for water heating in Dec. 2020. ( I planned to have two units to run my big house, 5k sq ft) Be honest, I personally prefer made in JAPAN boilers products than others due to their reliability and credibility. It proves that my decision is right because the water heater and the boiler are not only meet my satisfaction, but also their after-sales service is excellent. I really appreciate it.

Compact Size. Quiet Operation, Energy Efficient, Quality Components, Easy to Operate . The boiler was installed 7 months ago, and has kept my home very comfortable. I am very pleased with this system.

Amazed how small the unit is to heat a large house. Only had the unit in for a few months and so far no issues. I like the display right in the front to check temp and pressure. Unit is quiet. Not sure about efficiency as we had an abnormally warm winter so will have to wait for a full season. My old boiler was 15 years old a Buderus GB142 and I had all sorts of issues with it int he past three years.

Installed myself, exactly like the instructions, but there was no diagram to show me where to connect the room t'stat. Called the help line but got no help, they did not know either. Had to trial and error myself, with logic got it hooked up, and running fine. Efficiency is outstanding, and now have heat out of my radiators that have only been luke warm before. We live in an 1850 house, and with all the air leaks in an older home, we are now toasty warm. Very pleased after only 2 months of service...hope it keeps up.
