More customer interaction. a visual road map for first time home builders. The process was confusing and frustrating. Unless we called, emailed or texted, we were never communicated with by the customer service side of the process. Once our superintendent had our information, he kept up with us daily. Until that time, we were in the dark completely. That was about 4 months in.
