Would Change

Keep the trash picked up. The homes under construction have contractors that spread trash all over the neighborhood. I have ruined two tires from mowing my yard (nails and screws). We paid a lot of money and don’t want our neighborhood to be trashed.

Would Change

Our customer service experience at the beginning was rocky to say the least. Customer service departments should 1. answer the phone 2. respond to your emails in a timely manner. The superintendent is so busy on site with the building of your home and several others, he should not be quicker to respond than customer service. Shout out to Brent and Mollie who kept me happy during the building process! They are literally the best and 4Corners is blessed to have them!
