Review of Overall Experience

Experience was not good, subs had to be called back out several times to fix the same issues. Concrete was poured during the rain and had to be ripped out and re-poured. Stone mason had to come back 7 times to fix original work. Design team did not give opinions and always said yes to our answers when we were looking for expertise on color matching/picking out items. Pieces of exterior trim are not the same size in places. Well water costed us 7K in a water softener. Ryan our super tried his best to make it all right, but came up short with the resources he had to make things correct.
