Many floor plans, modern styles and upgrade options, great location, and reasonable pricing for a new home building! Our sale agent Jeff was slow on responding to our needs at first but he has proven us otherwise and he was nice and friendly. The warranty person Denise is very responsive and nice and understanding.

Would Change

We closed on our house for over 2 months and there are still many items still have not been fixed to satisfied yet. It would have been a better buying experience if there weren’t so many faulty items throughout the whole house that needed to be fixed to begin with. There were too many cracks on wall, ceiling, and doors with poor painting jobs. The HOA is also a huge pain! So slow, very unresponsive, and it has been exactly 30 days since we submitted our projects request for the backyard and still no answer!
