Liked Most

I love the layout and the appearance. Overall it is beautiful, but there were so many issues that it is difficult to overlook those when attempting to be happy in our new home.

Would Change

The salesperson Vince. Horrible to work with. The quality of the home when doing the walkthrough and final walkthrough was not what I expected. My wife caught Lukas trying to hide an issue during our initial walkthrough. That is unacceptable. We've been living here for over a month and still have issues. I understand new builds have issues, but I firmly believe you should have a quality inspector looking at the homes throughout every step of the process. Someone to actually find issues before the initial walkthrough so the home buyer doesn't have to focus on so much at one time.

The Huntington floor plan was a setting I’ve always wanted as a first house. Jeremiah and Nick’s services during the building process was top notch and they handled my requests quickly in order to make my house feel like home.
