The experience building with Augusta has been great! The communication about delays was honest and any issues were resolved promptly.
The initial sales pitch was great, and Augusta does have a lot of opportunities to be exemplary. They just don't live up to their promises. They have some really great ideas, but the communication, timeliness, customer service and general care throughout the process is severely lacking.
