We are overall happy with our home, although would've added a few things and changed some things

We should have been made more aware of warranties as regards to furnace and appliances, also we should have been given the option of having more outlets in the basement..also we would like the things that were listed on the items that George marked unfinished to be addressed, we signed off on them with the understanding they would be taken care of..

Hire professionnal people that know their job. Howard Goldstein is not reapectful and not professionnal and don’t know what he is doing and when we made a complaint about it bedrock office team didnt kept it confidential and communicated the confidential complaint to Howard so really not impress

Sales rep was always quick to respond and professional. A shrewd negotiator but won't that against him.

The only issue we had throughout the buying process was with the pre-possession walkthrough. Our expectation, which we thought was common and more or less a standard procedure, was that during the walkthrough we would a) be informed on the operation and maintenance of the home's features/utilities/appliances etc (which went well), and b) be given adequate time to be able to complete our own walkthrough to document and submit what we felt were legitimate deficiencies. The issue was at the time of the walkthrough we were not given the time to complete our own visual assessment. In other words we as the home buyer were told we could not have any input into what we felt were deficiencies, and therefore had to trust the walkthrough rep's assessment, which we disagreed with. The issue was quickly resolved later in the day however, when we were allowed to complete our walkthrough to document deficiencies. And most items documented were addressed/corrected prior to key-release...so we were satisfied in the end. In hind sight we should have communicated our expectations for completing our own walkthrough prior to the appointment date. Overall as first-time buyers we had a good experience with Bedrock Homes and Brian Tate.

the home is very spacious and high quality the way it looks. You feel very comfortable inside. The service provided by the Bedrock team to me is very satisfying, especially Howard from sales and Denis for the construction as well as other guys that we've met.

Would Change

The home is good except some unexpected changes during building process due to some discontinued product, I just hope that there more options to replace the discontinued items. Services, there is nothing I can ask for, especially the way Howard Goldstein guided us to the whole process.
