Home is beautiful, but what sets Bonterra apart is the custom feel they give to the home. However the best thing is the people we deal with. Drew Basinger is a primary reason we bought a Bonterra home. He really care about us and making sure we are a satisfied customer. He is such a great guy and made the entire process a pleasant one. There are aways "bumps in the road", but he was caring and responsive. He took our home personally. We couldn't ask for more Just as important is the site manager Scott Threatt. Scott has high quality standards, and does not accept mediocrity. He treats the home like his own. As busy as he is, he always finds time to respond. He goes above and beyond expectations. We cant say enough positive things about Scott. Both Drew and Scott are pleasant and greet you with a smile. Bonterra is lucky to have these two individuals representing them. A tip of the cap to Megan McAllister and the design center team. Our kitchen is literally a work of art and the home is just beautiful. Megan worked so hard with my wife Donna, and the result is spectacular. Adrienne Hibbert, the design studio manager, also jumped in to help us address an issue on our quartz countertop. From start (meeting Drew) to finish (meeting your closing coordinator Debbie Steele), we are so pleased with the Bonterra experience. It was stressful moving from California to Charlotte; but the new home really helps make our life changing experience a positive one.

Only one thing. The configuration of the home next to us squeezed our lot line. The home footprint was too large fro the lot causing the driveway to be moved from right to left. Bonterra should have told the buyer if you want that home we have to find another lot. Bonterra did give me a credit after complaining about the snafu
