Mr. Grady was always very responsive to any questions, requests, or concerns we had. Sarah from Caliber was also amazing.

I would change the specific this listed in the previous questions re: specific parts of the home. Sound reduction is not great. We hear conversations, music, bass thumping, screaming, etc. at what feel like full volumes while inside the home. We were already moving in when the countertop people came inside to finish their job. Because of this, they sanded parts of the countertop and in the process damaged our wood cabinets all over. I knew that we already moved in and the walkthrough happened, so I was just out of luck. I pointed it out to him and he took our touch up kit and just used the crayon all over the places where he sanded not only the countertop to smooth them out, but also where he sanded the wood off the cabinets. That was a terrible experience. The main bathroom's walk in shower's vinyl strip does not keep water from leaking outside. After one brief shower, the collection/drip strip is full of water. The shrubs in the front have all died quickly despite generous watering since they were planted in clay, not soil. And when the bathroom exhaust fan runs, it causes the laundry room to smell horrendous.
