I think they are priced great for new construction but the quality is lacking.

Our home was one of the remaining homes left in the Brio community so we didn’t get to choose any of the colors, cabinets, etc. We are thrilled our home is just what we would have wanted if we had been able to choose these items. We love our new home and can’t wait to spend more time there.

Just amazing! If it weren’t for Steve, I’m not sure we would have bought but once we committed, it’s been so great
