My overall experience was positive. However, like everything in life everything did not go has planned, particularly has the possession date was moved more than once, that was challenging for me since I had sold my home and moved into an apartment. In terms of workmanship of my property, i would say Broadview can do much better, but it is not bad, I would rate it 3.9 of 5.0

Overall they did a good job for a new build, Chris was great and made everything smooth, the house turned out great, The house orientation was very rushed, I felt like I had zero time to inspect the house. Made me very worried. There is a lot of things that do bother me that I could not see on the walk thru. I do feel like they could have pushed the move in date a little bit just to finish some things. But overall okay.
