Working with Broadview Homes is a great experience. I wouldn’t say they’re perfect but definitely much better than my previous builder. The staff and my agent Chris is very knowledgeable and easily to work with. They try their best to get back to you with all your concerns and questions and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Broadview Homes and my agent Chris to anyone who are looking to build a brand new home. Good luck to you all !

Review of Overall Experience

Despite waiting for over 15months after signing the documents, Broadview handed over an unfinished house to me. Its a shame that as a tenant, I only parked outside when I choose to but Broadview left me with no option than to deal with defrosting my car every morning because the exterior of my home was unfinished citing flimsy reasons. I think if they prioritised delivering a finished job and good customer experience, they could have done better. But NO, the customer is not a priority and the system permits this aberration.
