We are first time home buyers and Hailey and her team were nothing but exceptional! The whole process was very emotional as anyone could have imagined as being a first time home buyer. Hailey and her team did everything they could to make us feel like we were already apart of the community! I couldn’t haven’t asked for better. However, It was extremely disappointing to wake up the morning after move-in to find that our window was leaking. This created unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting and smooth transition into our new home. Especially, because it was during the freeze. Hailey was super helpful, even though, she didn’t have to she drove to our house in the freeze and caulked our window until we could have warranty fix it. Also, I now know to look above the cabinets during a walk through because last night I noticed that it looked like someone took a hammer and made holes above the cabinets. So now I have to deal with that.

They have gone above and beyond and Hailey is one of the main reasons I bought in this community. Absolutely would recommend to family or a friends!
Overall a great buying experience. I am a first time home buying (now owner). I think out of all the companies I looked at Brohns Home was the one were I found genuine quality homes and caring folks.
Home is well built and very well insulated. The Brohn team has been very responsive to my questions and preparing for freezing temps.
