I bought 5 homes and I’m very pleased
They were very responsive and I never had to remind them that something needed handling. They strive to handle everything immediately. They all cared very much and made sure everything was done right and we were comfortable with our purchase.
The builder staff are friendly and great but the build design and skimping by the builder shows. We had to add a connection for a water softener yet every other builder we looked at had the lines already installed. Initially we thought this would be our forever home but after living here a month we know it won't. I've never lived in a neighborhood where your backyard privacy is absolutely gone. Homes a block away can see into my back yard. The front trees are literally built on a gas line with the 2nd tree next to the main water lines. Long term that is looking like a disaster.

I felt some things were skipped on unnecessarily, for example the light bulbs used, the tiles could have been sealed, the tap in the kitchen sink could have been a higher spec than the one currently installed, fans could have been placed in the ceilings
