Our sale representative Gary was wonderful. We enjoyed working with him as he made the process very smooth. Don, the construction manager, was excellent as well. Very helpful and always addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

Our experience was great 👍.. The “Home” was spotless, upgrades were exceptional, Home was meticulously neat and cleaned. But, The “front porch” cement have “crack Lines”. We were told it was due to the “cement floor”settling…………………………………………………………………………….I was skeptical of Brookfield’s response!! We were told that “with “time” it should subside..”. I would definitely recommend Brookfield to my family and close friends ..”if the “crack lines” are corrected and “no further “crack-lines” appears.
