The services provided by Brookfield Residential were very well received. They were very informative and made the experience extremely pleasant. We liked the fact that they had a positive attitude and made us feel like we were already at home before we even purchased the house.
I would not change anything about home and/or service. Everyone was very kind, professional, respectful and knowledgeable.
Although we haven’t had a chance to participate in many activities due to settling in our home, we anticipate getting involved with the community and enjoying the amenities that are available. Love our home design, location, and floor plan.
More efforts on quality versus production. Overall we are very happy with our home so far, negative comments notwithstanding.
