There are a lot of perks and partnerships offered through Brookfield which we found to be quite helpful and definitely shows the benefit of choosing to work with a larger developer
As noted in a previous comment - a big opportunity to truly make the move in experience seamless for future tenants is to seal the grout in the home prior to possession. It was a very time consuming task to complete in the middle of the move in process and we did not realize that it needed to be done until the possession walkthrough.

in the Aspen Duplex, I would remove the inside stairs to the basement, because renters are strangers to each other
