When we moved into our new home, we noticed that there was dust all over, and we had to spend time cleaning it up ourselves. Additionally, as soon as we walked in, we saw that the front door jamb/casing was damaged. We shared a photo of the damage with the sales team and are currently waiting for someone to either replace or repair it. That said, everyone we've interacted with so far has been very pleasant, and I truly appreciate the support provided by the sales team.

The sales team, Elisa specifically from the Brightside in Seton office, made the entire process so easy. As first time home buyers, Elisa made sure that we understood everything and that the entire process was smooth from start to finish - even when some unexpected hiccups popped up in our lives. The construction managers were also wonderful - Ian helping with our walkthroughs and all of the construction managers taking action when we kept having contractors and construction workers blocking our garage. We also really appreciated how thorough Ian was in our walkthrough, being incredibly detailed when marking things to be updated/fixed so it was up to his and Brookfield's satisfaction before we even did our walkthrough.

Our experience was overall very good. This is the third home that we’ve built, but felt it was the most restrictive in terms of choices. They have a lot of services they offer (app, Virtuo) but we felt they were lacking and not used to the extent that could/ should be. Customer service was wonderful - everyone from sales team to site supervisor.

Experience related to a home that i bought earlier. It was a show home and the build quality is very bad. Brookfield employees make their best effort to resolve but they have limited resources to fix things every time the trade guy comes in they fix it and the issue comes back again. So, Brookfield is just creating more work for themselves not a good business model if you are selling something which is a house worth 600k . I own 3 houses with Brookfield and I have issues with the house that we tried sorting out but still is pending its been fixed 3 times now but still there.

Good, but still missing item from original purchase agreement with lack of clarity on delivery. Been hard to schedule our 2 month warranty walk through but Sandy has been very responsive. Paint and drywall issues at time of move in. Feels like 2 months for some of the issues is too long to be addressed
