The home walk through and deficiencies handling was I dual for me. The representative was very aggressive and just wanted me to sign the possession documents without inspection of the for d’efficiences.

I love the layout of my unit; the design of the inner courtyard and the mix of condo/townhome units - its not high density. A nice mix

I would make sure everyone in the team who works with customers coordinate so they're not all handing out different dates for things and making people frustrated, as well as not telling people when possession date is if you don't actually know. I would also encourage Brookfield to offer upgrades and incentives when they have such massive delays rather than waiting for people to complain and then offering the bare minimum. It would have been nice to know that Brookfield understood the problems being caused by this beyond the scope of it's own problems, this is a service industry and we didn't receive a lot of service without complaining about something Brookfield seemed to be treating like a side thought.
