Suzanne and Kyle have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Kyle has gone above and beyond to answer and address any questions or concerns I’ve had. I am extremely pleased with my new home and with the promptness of the Brookfield team. I’m confident that if any issues were to arise, Kyle and his team would have them resolved quickly and correctly.

Suzanne, Angie and Kyle were amazing to work with and anytime I had a concerns or problems they helped me immediately! I The scores havnothing to do with them and their service, they were amazing! There are a few things I didn't like about my experience so I hope my feedback helps with future clients. My tissue paper holder fell off in the first month, I had a leak through the roof within the second/third month of being in the home and also not having mailboxes wasn't convenient at all. The hours I work reflect the post office so having to get packages were a time. When I had the leak Suzanne responded swiftly and Kyle ran over immediately and sent over his roof guy. As a first time home owner I went with a new build to avoid issues like that, I am aware and understanding that things like that can happened even with a new build but it was still a little disappointing . Again the staff handled it all great!

Overall, our experience was excellent. Kyle was exceptionally attentive and consistently quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Suzanne and Angie were also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The only point of disappointment was not being able to select a semi-gloss paint finish for our walls, as it would have been more practical and easier to maintain.
