We had the best experience with Brookfield. All staff have done an amazing job! Everyone is kind, friendly, and professional. It truly has been an easy and smooth process from start to finish. We are so grateful to Cassie, Kathleen, Jason, Ben, and all other staff who have helped us so much! Thank you :)

From the moment we walked onto the property we felt at home. Meghan Y was super inviting and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. She even gave us her number in case we had a random question or concern. That's top notch service. The entire team from Reno, Alyssa, Braxton and Vanessa were all extremely responsive, willing to help at any time and made the overall process seamless. We love our home and can't wait to grow in the community.

It was an overall seamless experience! We had looked at Brookfield homes in the past, and were generally pleased with how much home you get for the value! They have the best incentives that I’ve seen from any other builder as well. Richmond homes wishes they could even come close to Brookfield Residential! The build quality is impressive, the materials they use are top notch, and the bang for your buck factor is there! I have recommended Brookfield to multiple people over the past couple of weeks, as I do believe that they are probably one of the best choices for homes now!
