We are very pleased with our home, the construction supervisors, and the sales staff …….it’s been a very painless experience. The verbal communication and weekly photos were an excellent and appreciated form of communication since we lived a distance from the construction site. A friendly and experienced group of folks!

Everything went incredibly smooth and was finished on time if not earlier than expected. All of my expectations have been met and exceeded! Jarrod, Luis, Maurice and Alyssa along with the sales team were all incredibly helpful and supportive. I never had to ask questions, they always were one step ahead of the game and make for a wonderful experience. The only thing I absolutely hate about my house and hope it can be fixed for me and future homeowners the light switches for the bathroom is in the master bedroom instead of the bathroom so if I or a special lady friend need to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, the light has to be turned in with the bathroom door open which in turn wakes whoever is sleeping. Horrible design and I’d be willing to undergo a little construction to get this remedied as it should be, in the bathroom. Other than that I am in love with my house and proud to be in this home. We overall had a great experience. The only part about cleanliness related to a lot of paint splatters left on the floor (specifically the master bathroom and kitchen/living area) that we felt could have been cleaned more thoroughly before move in.
