There are not enough positive words to describe the experience we had buying a home in Solterra. Ed was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our many questions, which meant a lot since we were going through the process from out of town. Erin is in a league of her own. She is a wealth of knowledge, incredibly helpful, and an absolute blast to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Erin truly made us feel welcome in the community, and there is nothing she wouldn’t do to help. Hold on to Erin tightly — it’s one of the best things you could do for this community. She is an absolute gem!

Experience was great overall. Some things that lacked in communication was when we were getting the loan part done. Miscommunication from the loan office about which documents we needed and when they needed to get done by.
