Feedback on Home Building Team & Construction Progress I would like to share my feedback regarding the team’s performance during the recent stages of the project: Sales & Communication (Cris) Response and follow-up speed are excellent. While sales approach is quite strong at times, it remains within an acceptable range for me, and I appreciate proactiveness. Construction & Management (Daniel & Todd) Regarding the construction quality, I must admit I was quite taken aback during the first inspection. However, I truly believe Daniel has both the intent and the capability to resolve the issues. My main concern is that he seems overstretched. I hope Todd can provide him with more resources. While a manager’s role is to oversee, balanced resource allocation is essential for a team to perform. I would like to see Todd lead by step away from a high-level oversight role to offer more "boots-on-the-ground" support when needed. Quality Control (Dalton) Dalton has a great personality and is easy to work with. However, reflecting perhaps a Gen Z work style, I feel there needs to be stricter oversight on his work quality. While I appreciate the team giving him opportunities to grow, more structured training would likely reduce the need for so much back-and-forth communication via email. Overall, I am grateful for the team's efforts and look forward to seeing these improvements as we move toward completion.

I am truly pleased with the patience and customer‑focused approach of the Brookfield Residential construction team, especially Oscar, Mike, and Todd. Throughout the entire building process, they were transparent, accommodating, and consistently committed to doing what was right for the buyer. Like any construction project, there were moments when items were missed or misunderstandings occurred. What stood out was how the team handled those situations. They never hesitated to step in, correct issues, and make sure I wasn’t receiving anything I wouldn’t be happy with. Their pride in their work is evident, and on many occasions they went above and beyond to ensure the home was delivered in a way that made me feel confident and satisfied. Even during closing—despite extreme weather challenges—they worked tirelessly to deliver the home on time. After closing, they continued to honor their commitments and follow through on the promises made. While there are still a few items pending, I have complete confidence that they will continue to deliver with the same dedication they’ve shown from the beginning. One moment that truly reflects their character was when Oscar personally ensured the garage was cleaned for my housewarming ceremony the day after closing. He did the work himself, even injuring his hand in the process, yet still returned in the following days to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care is rare, and it meant a great deal to me. This team exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer care. I am grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone building a home.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Brookfield team. Chris from the sales team, Jenkins from the loan office, and Daniel, the construction manager, were all extremely professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly and comfortably. They were very detail-oriented and always took the time to explain things clearly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were patient and responsive, making sure we fully understood each step. We really appreciate their support and the care they put into helping us through the home buying process. It made the experience much easier and more enjoyable for our family.

I had a nice overall experience purchasing a new construction home from Brookfield Residential for the first time. Keith was the sales representative who helped us from A to Z, and he was the main reason the entire experience was pleasant. He responded very quickly and coordinated everything needed to ensure we could close on time, which was critical for us since we had a short timeframe to move from Houston to Frisco. Daniel played a key role in making our move-in seamless and helped us resolve some minor issues in the home. His walkthrough of the home was easy to understand and informative. Dalton guided us through the warranty process, and it was very easy overall. Thank you to Brookfield Residential and the entire team for helping us purchase our dream home and allowing us to settle in with ease.
