The community and people we worked with in getting our home.

Better QA/QC with the company who leveled our flooring. The concrete did not settle and you can still feel parts of the interior walk areas where it dips/slopes.

I like the community center amenities although I don’t really get to use it. It’s great to know they are available. The pool is really nice. Debra and David are best in class. Ramon and Erny are pleasant too,

1. It’s great you have a preferred lender with super competitive rates, but customer service still matters. I don’t think it’s Matt’s intention not to be responsive to me, but the experience definitely could have been better. 2. I didn’t know there is a community manager and didn’t know how to get in touch with the HOA. It would be better if the information is provided to new home owners upon closing.
