We do like the home's layout/design. It's pretty efficient given the square footage the home sits on. As for service, this is the first new home we have purchased and every Brookfield person we worked with was great.
Maybe I would have lower wood fencing surrounding the homes. The fence does provide a lot of privacy, but on the other hand it feels closed off from outside. By this I mean you can't really see people/neighbors walking by when you're on the ground floor.
It is in an excellent location and I feel very safe in our home. Everyone with Brookfield has been nice and caring and willing to help.
I would make the lots a little bigger so we have more of a backyard and driveway. Add a hot tub in the rec center. Sales and construction service was good but I would improve the customer service after the purchase to make sure they follow up on items that need to be completed.
I like how spacious the floor plan is.

For the price to better match the house you are getting. A house that came at a cost of such a negative overall experience from the builder, greatly lacks quality, lacks decor/ doesn’t provide selections/ options due to trying to make everything an excessively overpriced “upgrade”, etc should not cost this much at all.

Brookfield team is very transparent in entire home buying process which I really like the most
I really like service offering within 20 days of move in but Instead of 20 days I would give more time to home buyers to settle and as many buyers are not been able to move on very first day . And that 20 days window is very small for us to adjust and find out any required fine tune work .
