The purchase process was straightforward with Shoreh and her team. They were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Geoff and his team has been great for everything related to the home after we moved in.
We had major issues with our third party lender that delayed our closing date by almost a month. Shoreh from Brookfield stepped in and set the record straight to them and we finally closed. If it wasn’t for her, we would’ve been paying more in late fees and canceled the whole transaction.
Had a pleasant experience in the whole process. Sales team was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall process was well defined and timelines provided were adhered. Family is happy with the home and the experience with Brookfield.
Overall, Brookfield has been a pleasant company to work with. While we’ve continued to find small items around the house that need to be fixed, the team has remained responsive and professional throughout the process. They’ve gone out of their way to identify and resolve issues quickly, and we appreciate their commitment to ensuring our home is in great shape. Their customer service and willingness to follow through have made a big difference in our experience as new homeowners. We’re hopeful that the remaining touch-ups will be addressed soon, but overall, we’ve been happy with the level of care and attention we’ve received.

Always had friendly interactions with the Brookfield team. Home was cleaned and smelled nice upon move-in and the walkthroughs were very thorough. On the other hand, the quality of the home needs improvement. We were told that the insulation in the home was great but we can hear our next-door neighbors as if they are directly on top of us. The house is not insulated well for temperature maintenance either. There were also a lot of marks left behind on the countertops, pencil marks on the walls, and scratches on the cabinets upon move-in.
