Overall excellent rating of Brookfield Residential. Our only criticism with regard to the quality of experience came with repeated reminders from BROOKFIELD’s sales manager as we were having multiple complications at point of closing toward our purchase saying the obvious that we should have used the builder’s preferred mortgage lender. Victim shaming us for our personal choice preferring to use an external 3rd-party mortgage broker who partnered with what by all appearances proved to be a less than competent lending agent whom we did not choose was not helpful to us and only made our stress and anxiety levels exponentially higher right up through the very last minute on the day of our move as we nervously waited for word from the title rep letting us know that we had completed our home purchase with county registrar’s office recording us as property owners prior to receipt of keys to our new home. Equally incompetent on numerous occasions throughout the closing process were our title rep and HOA / sub-HOA as they in addition to sales manager, mortgage broker and lender each made this all the way up to through the very end the most stressful home purchase experience that my wife and I have ever had the great dissatisfaction to endure. Now, just over thirty days since taking possession of our new home, we have been incredibly pleased with the build quality of our new home and the incredible team of post-close construction folks who are still on site available to assist and to provide referrals to contractors as needed. Our only unresolved issue at present is that USPS seems to have lost the list of information that BROOKFIELD provided with regard to many of the new street addresses here @ ABBEY / BLVD, including the street address for our new home — thus, our home address is unable to be verified by any company or entity that we attempt to do business with which is frustrating. Nevertheless, we give five star ratings to every one of this survey’s categories besides quality of experience which we give three stars given all the aforementioned concerns.
Brookfield team address my concerns promptly, and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for moving info my new home. The home is beautiful & appear constructed with high quality in mind. Love my new home.

It's been such a pleasant experience working with Brookfield. This is our first home and we couldn't ask for a better journey.
Our experience has been top notch with Brookfield Residential, starting with the amazing sales team of MeChell & Shoreh. They were very caring throughout the buying process and helped us close on time. The construction team with John & Geoff helping out with service, minor scrapes and checks etc. also added to a very positive experience. Our home was given to us in pristine condition and I couldn't recommend all buyers more to go ahead with Brookfield. The team's fabulous to work with, build quality has been great and the team truly make your home feel like a place of great memories ahead.

Kay and Alana at the sales office were very responsive and informative of the whole process and details of the houses that were available. They were extremely friendly as well and made my experience working with Brookfield very pleasant. Peter, the customer care rep, has been extremely helpful and always going above and beyond with everything i needed assistance with at the house. He has helped with a variety of issues i came across with the house and checks in regularly to see if i need anything. Extremely welcoming and friendly and always giving me tips on house care, even fixing some small issues i had identified at the house. I am extremely grateful for Peter guiding me through the whole process and always answering any questions i've had.
