I love the location of my home, I love the view of my home, I love my kitchen.

The service that I actually received from Brookfield was top-notch, I'm a first time home buyer and Pete REALLY guided me and answered every question from the first day I met him, I would not change the service however If I could change one thing about my home it would only be to make the closets a little bigger.

How much information and care is provided during the construction process and even after you moved in.

The laundry room is too small. The spot where the washer/dryer are located is so tight to the point that the door cannot be fully opened. I believe a nice addition will be to be able to turn of the living room lights also from the wall close to the master bedroom

First and foremost, I am very pleased with the customer service from the team at Brookfield Residential. Tyler, John and Chris have been very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provide a great and pleasant attitude when addressing my questions and concerns. I enjoy speaking with them and corresponding with them, and I have a level of confidence in them that my issues will be taken care of in a timely manner. Such a statement is not one I give lightly as most of the time, I am disappointed with customer service from other companies; but the Brookfield Residential team has been excellent in making me feel welcome and that any concerns will be addressed. I understand the challenges with the pandemic and shortages of labor and delays in supplies; and throughout the process, they have been clear in showing they are on top of making sure things are addressed and handled as expeditiously as possible. Tyler, John and Chris have made me feel at ease with such a stressful undertaking; and they deserve kudos for their customer service efforts in making me feel valued as a customer.

Would Change

I would not change anything regarding the customer service from the Brookfield Residential employees, they have been great to deal with. Some items outside of the employees control I would change would be more thoughtful design on some items as noted in my previous comments and choices of options for the home to make it fitting for the home.

Love the location and community. I love the outside look of my home and the layout of it.

Would Change

Our last builder had some things as standards that Brookfield had as upgrades (example banisters, trim package such as wood wrapped windows, granite countertops). I think Brookfield used much cheaper materials compared to our last production home builder.
