Customer support is very efficient and prompt. Don, the service rep, has been OUTSTANDING in addressing any concerns I've had about my house.

Like the layout, price was nice with the options we have. Closing cost assistance was great. Bill and Rick have been amazing to work with.
Standard Upgraded paint would be nice
I love absolutely everything. Every aspect is of the service provided by Brookfield Residential is something I will cherish for the rest of my life.
There's nothing that I could even think to change. The experience has been like walking in God's light. This has been a life changing event.
Good quality construction, a lot of thought about what people needed in a home.
Being early in the community, we have struggled with the mail delivery and the construction dirt, but that will get resolved.

Personnel have been decent, but perhaps overtaxed and is why some things did not get addressed in timely mannor.
Where do I start? I have commented on a lot of things. Definitely need to have HOA folks engaged earlier instead of us having to seek them out (to get trash bins, to get mowing started). Pretty sure they will not hesitate to ensure we make our first/next HOA payment.
