My overall experience with Brookfield was very good, and they were very accommodating before my purchase as I had a few set backs with selling my other place. The initial experience when I was looking into the units, trying to get information was a bit slow as your phone number was not working, and when phoned it went some where else, so I couldn't actually talk to someone on the phone, which was very frustrating. Initial communication could only be done through email, and with one sales person openly admitting that they do not check their email everyday, only every other day was baffling, and unprofessional; especially as your phones weren't working. But after that It all went pretty smoothly, and easily.

Brookfield went above and beyond for my family. We couldn't meet the initial possesion date due to unforeseen circumstances. The sales team arranged an extension and were overall very caring and considerate about our situation. We couldn't have bought a home from a better builder! Plus the build quality of the home is top rate! Thanks Brett, Natalie and Leanne!

My experience with my Sales Centre Representative - Courtney was great. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive and able to answer all questions I had. I did find however as it relates to possession and pre occupancy that there were issues highlighted by my Home Inspector and some of these were not resolved or pushed aside as the Inspector being too picky and only checking boxes to complete his form. When in fact some of those deficiencies were true. For instance, there has been an annoying whistling in the home whenever the heat is turned on. This was highlighted by the Inspector and it was not resolved prior to me moving in, it still has not been to date. He reported an audible shifting in the flooring at the bedroom levels and that is still present. He highlighted the cupboard above the refrigerator being out of line but this was dismissed, and I was told by Brookfield that it was the installation of the refrigerator by the Brick. The Brick sent their representative to have a look and they determined it was not the refrigerator but the cupboard being out of line. They used their balancing equipment, I don’t know the proper name for it. There are also other areas in the home where things are out of line like in the primary bathroom, to name a few. These were things also highlighted in the Inspection Report. I am aware during the building of a home some work will be subcontracted; however, I do believe the Brookfield Construction Supervisor (for lack of a better term), did not do a good job in ensuring work was properly completed.
