From Sales till possession the process is quite disoriented. The most flawed piece was sales office phone not working for two weeks during month of April 2025. During closing week customer will likely have questions and all when builders office telephone is not working. You're forced to visit the office to get answer for concerns as you have no choice. Often incomplete documents were sent back from sales office reprsentative. Lack of customer concern was evident. Sales Representative - Shawn was helpful and got back in a timely manner. Although all other staff from sales office seem to have lack of customer concern.

I was rushed with my home oriention day and on possession day. Deficiencies were not fixed till the possession day. Trades were showing off on possession day to fix stuff.

All went well. Only thing I am finding now that brookfield is trying to save their cost by compromissing the equipments used in the home for example small garage motor issue started from day 2 of possession, choosing plastic tub dishwasher as standard, using small pot lights instead of regular standard size lighting. Going away from smart home packages. So there are alot tiny things which makes the overall experience average since this is my 3 home from brookfield and 4th already on the way for possession.
