We have had an excellent experience from the beginning and throughout the process with Sarah in sales at the model, to Jillian with Flooring and tile and with our construction manager Brad. Everyone is very responsive and wants to ensure that we are satisfied and happy with the house and with any issues that needed addressed once we were in the home. Brad has been great from answering texts or questions to addressing items and following up. Brad definitely shares a genuine interest in the homeowner’s satisfaction with their home!
Dishwasher was not connected to the water and I have had problems with the kitchen faucet. Parts are on order but I feel like it should have been replaced immediately. I have lived here for 1 month without HOT water from the kitchen faucet. No water pressure for the cold water from the kitchen faucet, only a trickle. Ridiculous.
From the time I purchased the home through the move-in process, Mary has been incredibly supportive. Whenever I had questions or needed help, she was always kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. Overall, the home-buying experience has been positive, but I do feel that the warranty repair process could be improved. The scheduling for repairs has sometimes been delayed, and communication has not always been as proactive as I hoped. That said, I greatly appreciate Mary’s dedication and support throughout the entire journey
The process of buying a home was a good experience. Brookfield was very easy to work with and flexible in terms of the contract and overall sale of the house. Working with Mary and our lender was excellent! The post sell follow up with Rick has also been great. He’s very responsive and easy to work with. I believe some issues we ara having with some items that haven’t gotten fixed are out of his control and I will be submitting those to the customer service department.
we had an expedited closing due to the end of the year and everything was very smooth. all team members were very responsive. we are still waiting on contractors to come by for fixings however weather has delayed them.

When I moved in, there were 18 things that were on the list to be repaired. I have shared this list twice and only one thing on the list has been completed. I have lived there for six weeks. These are things that should have been done before I moved in. I’m very frustrated. I’ve had a broken window in my bedroom since before the walk-through that was performed before closing. Now my heat is not working properly, and even though some of the 18 are not huge deals it’s something that should be corrected because it’s a new home. I totally believe that there were too many homes built at the same exact time And not enough attention to a few homes at a time, so that the quality would’ve been much better. I believe that money was more important than quality.
