Home is great, had some issues but being addressed. Project construction manager was awesome getting things fixed
I’ve been happy with the process and the willingness of everyone working with my daughter & son in law since I was in Colorado for the purchase.
Everyone has been friendly and Mary in sales has been very helpful. Our home construction felt rushed to meet an end of year deadline. Our punchlist is long and the home was not clean or complete when we moved in and 30 days after move in we still have many of the punch list items yet to be completed despite noting them 8 days prior to move in including a serious defect in our furnace system . As a design feature the cottage homes do not heat the main floor well as all of the heat rises to the loft need to divert more blower energy to the lower vents. We love our home and know eventually everything will be be completed but there's a real feeling of over promise and under deliver right now....simply a lack of urgency to completeopen items. I'd also like to mention we were unable to get our internet until 27 days after move in and our address is still not recognized in many sites addingto the frustration. We are looking forward to putting all of this behind us.

Homes are not ready for move in. Many issues with quality of workmanship . Repairs were not made in a timely matter. Repairs that are made are not completed. Lack of professionalism .

The pre move in experience was great. Sarah was responsive and knowledgeable. The move in and post move in experience was not the same. We felt rushed and the punch list was not completed. In fact there are still items that have not been completed to date. We were very surprised at the amount of items that we had to note on the punch list. Things that we felt should have been addressed before we moved in. The attention to detail is very lacking in some areas.
