Dee, your construction manager, deserves corporate recognition for his friendly and responsive attitude and dedication to customer service. - evenings, weekends and holidays. Amanda, our Brookfield loan officer, was outstanding. Quite a good corporate team.

1. I could not get a response abt billing fm HOA management team for TWO weeks...and just got envelopes showing increase to $125/month. We should have been told in writing prior to closing, because this most prob was decided prior to our late Oct closing 2. Owners should get choice of smaller trash /recycle cans. (Too big for small garage.) Patriot Disposal charges $55 each to swap ours and that large cans were mandated by our HOA.
The entire experience was a case study in outstanding customer service!

Community members are welcoming. I feel safe walking in the neighborhood any time of day or night.
Better quality interior options. More responsive PM. More amenities for the residents - our dogs have more amenities than we do.
