The home’s layout and design is great.
The home was simply not done by closing date and everything just seemed very rushed, especially towards the end. Things that need to be fixed after move-in aren’t being done in a timely manner or are being deflected/denied. Lots of corners were cut and my confidence of Brookfield continually decreased as the building process progressed.
Sales team and construction team responsiveness.
Water heater should give atheist 15 mins of hot shower. Pain could have been more even. Water proofing in kitchen behind sink and in bathroom could have been better.

Reduce list of things that need to be finished xed before moving in. Inspect the house better. Hire more personnel to address issues. Seems like a one man show, Kevin, and he is overwhelmed with all the defects and requests from residents
