All aspects have been great. Having someone to reach out to with concerns has been great. Vanessa always responds promptly.
Everyone at Brookfield has been very friendly. Jason ( from construction team) came over to help correct a couple issues and was really great. He took his time to explain a few different items to me, which I really appreciate .

This is the only builder I know, who ADDED many items after closing for free to add value to our homes. Namely smooth ceiling, enhanced toilets, 3 pc roughing are a few items they included after signing the APS.

They did around 10 free upgrades themselves, some of them would have cost us a lot if we were to upgrade ourselves. Very nice of them

Honestly, nothing. I’ve experienced a new build home with my parents with another builder and the experience was night and day. Brookfield was fantastic.
