The buying process was easy, the sales rep was really good very good at communicating with us and our agent . The only issues I would say is that some of the finish products weren’t done properly for example the paint and some of the carpenter work that was done wanst really good . Some things were uneven and we notice that once we moved in
Great team overall, very helpful and always there to help. Phil our Maintenance guy along with his co-worker Gabriela are absolutely fantastic and always ready to solve problems and help out! Jennifer was also fantastic at helping answering any questions, and showing the unit with good information that is needed to know about the suites!
This place is so nasty 🤮 dog peeing in that hall way and nothing is been done am paying maintenance fee if I had seeing this before I would never buy Also my ac in the room not cooling and nothing is being done it’s been one month the maintenance person is very unprofessional and don’t know what the doing I would like someone from corporate to visit this site also I asked for corporate number several time and was not provided. If you guys hire for a maintenance person I would glad to sent my resume because the maintenance person that do pdi don’t know what the doing and smell like cigarettes very unprofessional for a new building looking like a 40 years old building not good someone need to looking to this and I need my ac to be fix it’s not cold at all I been running my fan day and night [redacted] thank you 🙏

This is our second time purchasing with Brookfield Residential. While there are a few minor items that need to be fixed — which we understand is normal — overall, we have been happy with our experience and continue to trust Brookfield as a builder. This time, we purchased a spec home. Overall, it’s a great house, but I wanted to share some constructive feedback on a few things that could potentially be improved for future builds: Bathroom cabinets – None of the bathrooms have drawers, which makes storage less convenient. Having at least one drawer in each would be a big improvement. Kitchen – The kitchen is quite basic for the size and price of the home, with only one bank of drawers. A more upgraded kitchen would better match the overall scale and feel of the home. Appliance package – Unfortunately, this is the least functional set of appliances we’ve had. The washer cannot handle a king duvet, and the fridge freezes many items even after adjusting the temperature. Basement windows – These appear to be the smallest possible size. Larger windows would make the basement feel brighter and more inviting.
