It was a very difficult closing. Brookfield made our life stressful. We couldn't sell our previous house before closing. Brookfield charged us interest from beginning of notice that we couldn't close. Had to put further deposits. Brookfield salesteam Derek said we harrassed them only because I called to return a call they made. Was told I could only communicate lawyer to lawyer. Didn't have that open communication one has with their builder. Home value went down $100 000 before moving in. Home quality is basic. My upstairs bedrooms are so close together considering size of home. Was saddened by what my family went through overall. After selling our home we asked for options to moving in because we sold our home for under market was really bad and Brookfield sent a letter with a deadline that we were going to lose our home if we asked for another extension. Brookfield was rejecting any thing our lawyer was suggesting to help moving in fast. Because we sold our previous home and Brookfield was making it difficult to move in what should of been days turned into weeks almost 2 months without having a home we were separated as a family Til finally it ihappened. We went through alot. We are finally home.

Sales team and site team were awesome. We had a slight hiccup with the customer service team but was later rectified. Overall thrilled with our new home!

Overall great service……price per square foot was very high reflecting today’s building costs and smaller bedrooms and having to protect profitability. Doors in the master and then cutting costs with inexpensive sliders in the other two bedrooms and front closet. Station 3 is half sold only and the lakefront condos sold out……likely 200k loss on move in date if we are to sell which is the market we realize…..overall very pleased with the service experience on our purchase and hope the market values bounce back with lower interest rates

I have enjoyed my Brookfield home but I have had issues trying to get certain repairs done. I am still waiting for repairs such as my thermostat.
