Overall everything was amazing. Every process was smooth and everyone was beyond helpful. The small issues we did have were dealt with quickly and easy. High recommend everyone to purchase with Brookfield. Also Tekesia is amazing at making the process so smooth when moving in!
Great! Tekesia in particular has been wonderful. Some of the paint drops, scuffs, etc. were not resolved by the cleaning crew upon move-in, and I know Tekesia had to install the screens on our back windows because whoever was supposed to originally do it, did not. Also had a confusion with someone who scheduled our closing and move-in dates; they sent a new set of dates after we had already confirmed the first ones, so we had to correct that. :) But otherwise, we love our house and had a lot of support through the process that helped it move along smoothly. Again, Tekesia has been the best part. :)
