Very good layout and design; Very spacious! We love the tile floors and finished garage floor. The whole house is done very nicely!
I would add a more nice kitchen faucet, better paint, hotter water heating settings, gas dryer hookup, and an extra half bathroom.

Price/incentives/floor plan. Rich and Lori made the buying process enjoyable and easy. They helped us pick out a great spec and ensured we were first on the reservation list when our plot was released. Roxanne helped with the loan process and strategically helped us use the incentive money to get a good rate with little down despite high mortgage rates. The Brookfield team was incredible. Even our real estate agent was impressed with how genuine the team was about making sure our experience was great.
Virtuo is an unnecessary program. In theory, it’s a great idea, but in execution it is extremely difficult (and it’s no one’s fault). Unfortunately, setting up utilities requires the home owner to be present during the phone calls and it makes the Virtuo team somewhat useless. And, if you already have services it may make things more difficult. In my situation, we already had SRP so we just needed to transfer electric services. But, Virtuo signed us up for new service which would have charged us another deposit. I ended up spending more time on the phone fixing the issue than if I just setup the transfer myself online. Aside from the free moving kit, I felt the Birtuo team actually made the utility setup more difficult than if I would have done it online by myself. Brookfield could save a lot of money getting new residents a free move in kit and a flyer on who to contact for utilities instead.

The only change is the second part of the documentation with Chris. Roxanne did an excellent job. She is very professional and all the team too, but that part was not a good experience for us.
