From the people to the actual product, it's was all great.
There are too many houses and not enough staff or amenities -for example one pool for so many houses, even if you expect people to build their own pools. Our HOAs are very high for what we get.

We love our home. It looks great and up to this point there are no major issues besides the paint quality on the entire house and corner wall. It appears that Brookfield uses the least amount of paint possible and the paint job looks cheap. There are spots there are so much darker than others. Aside from this, everything has been great and looks good.

1 week after moving into my residence, I steam cleaned my carpets to find that they were professionally vacuumed, but not cleaned. The carpets with packed with dirt. I also believe the paint quality is cheap. Paint was ripped from the wall by simply opening a door that was contacting it. If I allowed something, in this case a pregnancy bouncing ball, to touch the wall for more than a few hours, moving the object would also remove the paint.
