We found Brookfield very attentive, Brookfield has followed through with everything we have discussed. Only issue which is outside Brookfield’s control is the lack of a functioning mailbox.

I was one of the first three residents and I have found them to be responsive and polite in addressing my questions. I love the home, too!

It was already difficult working with the fact that we did not have a model to look at of the home we purchased and was spec'd out. Fortunately, we were able to make some flooring and railing changes before those things were installed. We have had numerous issues with the home and logistics such as HOA (trash bins and mowing), still don't have mailbox keys that we were promised by May 15, and had birds getting into vents that were not properly protected until a week later after notification vents were not blocked off. UPS still to this day cannot deliver packages because they rely on USPS address validation and without valid and acknowledged mailboxes in the USPS system, packages do not get delivered and sit at the UPS center in Chantilly, VA where we have to drive to pick up. FedEx and Amazon vans have no issues delivering, but most of Amazon packages are contracted to go via UPS, so FAIL. Had out 30 day walkthrough and so a number of things are scheduled to be addressed on Monday, Jun 10. Will see how that goes. Maybe we may have mailbox keys by then? Mailboxes were installed BEFORE the unused pickleball and bocce ball courts and landscaping around them. Why wasn't a vital home need addressed FIRST?

Basically everything is fine. Problem is the re is no mail delivery. We have to go to post office once a week to get the mail. This is poor planning on Brookfield
