We like the layout and the high ceilings. The designer did a good job with colors, etc., creating a space that we can easily add our own personalized preferences too. All in all we do really love our home.

You need a new preferred lender. Everything about that process was unacceptable. It also seems like some attention could be spent on the quality of work while we are fine with having things left over to finish up after move in, some of it seemed a little unnecessary. Also, some information provided during the sales process was inaccurate. For example we were told their were trails for walking / biking and there are none. The occasional updates didn't provide any valuable insight either (our realtor actually sent us better updates).

The aesthetics and amenities of the communities.

Execution of delivery was not good. Cleaners had not arrived by time of first walkthrough. Should have rescheduled instead of continuing with walkthrough. Lack of attention to detail concerning identifying cosmetic issues to walls and floors. Builder changed mid-construction from Nick to Brian. We had specified placement of safety bars in shower with Nick. This was not communicated to Brian during transition. Bars weren’t even installed at delivery. Ultimately we were told by Brian we couldn’t have bars placed as requested because it wasn’t blocked for that placement. Totally unacceptable!

See first page. Rushed to move in and it left a very bad taste. Presumably to hit sales targets at the cost of leaving a paying customer with a ready home

My soaking tub, there are not enough soaking tubs in Austin homes

Would Change

The only change I would make to the courtyard houses is to put privacy fences up instead of the metal fences that do not provide any privacy from neighbors homes which back up right next to your home. I think a privacy fence would greatly increase interest in buying the courtyard homes
