The flow of the house.

Microwave. We paid a few Thousand $$$ for a double oven, which necessitated moving the microwave. Its entirely too high. At 5'10", the controls are above my head. My wife is 5'2", she can't use it without a step stool. Had we known this, we would have saved the money and the inconvenience. Its been addressed and Brookfield won't do anything.

I'm enjoying having a smaller house that's beautiful!

I really don't know who to go to with the problems. I've tried calling & texting "Jeff" who did the final walk-through with us, several times with no answer back. My back sliding glass doors don't lock & the front door punch lock has no batteries in it; also, I requested tree limbs to be cut back away from the house by 3 feet on the initial walkthrough with Thomas, & that still has not been done--Jeff told me he' have it done, but the branches are still touching my home...nothing has been done with those 3 issues.

Workmanship from painting, texture and trim (nails sticking out) needs to improve. Does not appear to have proper oversight, management or QA . My home is still dirty with construction dirt and debris inside areas I was told would be cleaned prior to move in

The inability to install our AC for more than 6 weeks post possession. Our house is super air right and we have a huge window in our master bedroom. It gets so hot!

All of the staff mentioned in this survey are very responsive (those that we had the most contact with were: Starre, Vallery, Michael and on the loan side Debby). The all work together (those I mentioned and others I did not mention) as a team to deliver a quality product and excellent customer service.
