Focus on your construction quality, do a base check before turn the keys. Need quicker response on the submitted ticket, waiting forever to have someone coming in fixing something.

Have a den with garage at the back; open main floor that can see through from the kitchen to the living room; options to change the two bedrooms to three bedrooms to accommodate our needs.

More material options for the townhome as I wanted to have a grey tone hardwood flooring but the designer from your office said that they were out of the material and the options is limited to only brown tone ….. I also asked if we could buy the materials instead and the response was a no….so I needed to pick from the brown tones of flooring….

Although Bristan was not the person who began my home, when he stepped in, the construction really picked up. You have a good man there. Also, Chris has been very attentive to my questions and concerns, and I have confidence that he wants me to have a good overall experience. Both of these two men have been a pleasure to work with.

We love the community and like the sales folks (Tricia) and Karen.

There was considerable turnover in the construction team which led to delays and problems. It took 16 months to build a small spec house.

There dedication to making things right. The home wasn't perfect but it was what we can afford. The issues that we have brought up have been taken care of timely.

For the price I would expect some of the items to be of better quality. 1. Better base cabinetry 2. Better base garage door 3. Better base windows 4. Install a backer between studs for door bell installation 5. Install a 24v transformer for the door bell initially as most people install camera bells which require higher voltage. 6. Full network wiring into all rooms 7. Electrical outlets in every room and closet. 8. Do not put wood chips in the yards. I've seen termites and black widow spiders which I believe root cause are from the wood chips.

Allow the buyer to add items. Everything about the house was selected for me prior to me putting my earnest money into the house. When I asked if a fan could be added to the spare bedroom the response was immediately no by the sales team, which meant no ability to negotiate changing the house cost. Also, no back door for my house like other similar models. Did not pursue this as an option because of experience with the fan as mentioned above/previously.
