The whole process of construction and planning is not what it’s valued at. These are million dollar homes and so below average.

We had a smooth transition during the sign up phase until the closing date. I like how they keep us updated with all progress and they manage to meet the target deadline even earlier than expected. Everything was so organized and we were so amazed by the wonderful service that we were provided. Kudos to the entire team!
We have had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience building our new home with Brookfield! Mary from sales has been phenomenal. Not only was she helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, she genuinely cared and that made this whole process so positive and enjoyable! Furthermore, once we were passed on to working primarily with Rick as we moved into our home, he was yet again another individual who genuinely cares. He's gone above and beyond for us and has been incredibly helpful. Honestly couldn't have had a better experience than the one Brookfield gave us. This was our first time owning a home; unsure of what to expect. And I could not recommend more building with Brookfield! 10/10 experience!

After purchase warranty issues have been slow to be addressed, but have gotten addressed. Everyone and everything else has been excellent.
