Our purchasing experience with sales representative Bill was exceptional. Bill was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the homes and community. Dan was pleasant and professional to work with. Rick was very professional, tentative and knowledgeable. Rick was always responsive and it was a pleasure working with him during our purchasing process.
Make the garage and driveway larger. More space between homes. Having hard water in Frederick County, Va, it would have been nice to have a water softener included with the purchase of our home. Kitchen needs more cabinets.

Where I come from, there's a saying "its not what they said (or did), its how they made you feel". Mary, Robyn and Cyril (the beautiful sales ladies) gave us (our family) a truly remarkable experience in the course of the purchase, so much so that we remember their names, my son remembers Robyn in particular. I only wish that that experience could be translated into the home through a more professional and supervision oriented, customer honest engineer.
If I could change anything, it would be the Engineer who supervised the poorly laid fascia that stares right at you when you stand in front of the house. Whats more is that he stood there and practically told me gibberish as to why it was done that way. Also despite the promise to follow up to see how we were doing after 60 days of moving in, no one has reached out to us.
