Our experience was great 👍.. The “Home” was spotless, upgrades were exceptional, Home was meticulously neat and cleaned. But, The “front porch” cement have “crack Lines”. We were told it was due to the “cement floor”settling…………………………………………………………………………….I was skeptical of Brookfield’s response!! We were told that “with “time” it should subside..”. I would definitely recommend Brookfield to my family and close friends ..”if the “crack lines” are corrected and “no further “crack-lines” appears.
Buying our new home was a milestone experience filled with excitement, learning and thankfully was a relatively smooth process. The management(Shoreh) and her colleagues were professional and communicative throught the construction and closing process. The home itself met our expectations- modern layout, energy-efficient and welcoming community. There were, of course, a couple of bumps along the way - but everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall the home-buying experience was a positive one.

I was rushed with my home oriention day and on possession day. Deficiencies were not fixed till the possession day. Trades were showing off on possession day to fix stuff.

I really like how quiet and clean it is around our house. When we first moved in, the house wasn't fully ready, so it was a bit inconvenient (the dishwasher and ventilation weren’t working), but everything was fixed within three weeks. The road leading to our house is still a bit inconvenient since we have to make a U-turn, which feels a bit unsafe, but we're hoping the other entrance that's under construction will be completed soon. Once all the houses around are finished and the area is more organized, I think it will become an even better place to live.
The a Brookfield experience was a pleasant one. From beautiful homes to timely responses. We appreciate the Brookfield team making our first buying experience a great one!

Good, but still missing item from original purchase agreement with lack of clarity on delivery. Been hard to schedule our 2 month warranty walk through but Sandy has been very responsive. Paint and drywall issues at time of move in. Feels like 2 months for some of the issues is too long to be addressed
