Overall, it was a great experience as a first time home buyer. They explained everything throughout and make the process less stressful. The maintenance team also did a in after purchase care. They respond to our fixing requests in a timely manner. HOA team also seems responsive so far to our questions.

Everything was great. Only thing I wished was that construction was moved a little quicker but it seems like the construction dates are set and they do not like to finish any sooner or later. Im only saying this since my family and I had to stay at an AirBnB while to home was being built.

I think Brookfield staff is really great - I wish though we knew some things in advance like how the surrounding area would impact our home - like bugs and all. I also wish the builders took more time in building the home because we have some difference like our garage door doesn’t have an automatic light - wish it was made certain each home had the same make and model - so there is equity. But the staff had been amazing to help wifi everything and they are all so caring. From tom, to Adam to Dan to Teresa to Clint

We had a cracked drainpipe from the dishwasher/kitchen sink upon moving in, but did not discover this until a few days after moving in. Because of this crack, we had to have work done on our home (pull out flooring/drywall, run fans/dehumidifiers, etc). This whole experience was an extreme shock/inconvenience for a newly built home.
