My move-in experience has been quite eventful, with major plumbing challenges arising almost immediately. Within the first week (Christmas week), I encountered plumbing issues, and unfortunately, the same problem resurfaced a month later, leading to major repairs on the drainage pipes within the house. Brad was responsive in scheduling the necessary repair work, ensuring things moved forward as quickly as possible. The most extensive repair involved jackhammering 25 feet of indoor concrete across two rooms, leaving dust throughout the house. However, Brad and the contractors worked efficiently to resolve the issue and restore my home to its original condition. In total, five plumbers, three concrete/jackhammer workers, two house cleaners, one handyman, three carpet installers, and two HVAC cleaning specialists were involved in addressing the problems. Additionally, I faced frozen pipes, but the plumbers promptly identified and resolved the issue. If nothing else, this process has certainly drawn the attention of several curious neighbors, wondering what all the commotion has been about. Now, as the final frozen pipe repairs—such as reconnecting pipes and completing the vanity—are scheduled for next week, I am looking forward to finally having full use of my home, nearly three months after moving in. While the process has been challenging, I appreciate the effort and dedication of everyone involved in getting everything back in order.

Great experience overall. The few things that required attention were addressed. Sales and service staff are very helpful.
The heat system has been an issue. Per the HVAC tech, the builder could have invested a little more in other options that would have prevented the issues with a cold downstairs that won’t heat and an upstairs that is too hot. First time the temperature dropped, the pipes froze so these two issues are major. In the end , not efficient and will cause us major utility bills. We were charged the same price as everyone else for the stone out front but on our model it is literally a few inches and. it seen. Overcharged for sure. Everyone else’s for the same price go up to their window. We have two garage doors but had to pay for one of the openers, really? Over $750s reflecting poorly on the company. The back yard property line was a lot further bad and we were told that was the property line . This is part of what we paid the extra $5000 for so we were not happy that it is actually much smaller than we were sold. Brad has responsive to every issue and appreciated. But unable to control the above issues.
Everyone involved from Brookfield have been great! There was a point were I was having doubts about the house, we originally were under contract with. I called Jeff, and explained how I was feeling. He went out of his way to show me a few other homes, solidifying that the home we had was the right one for us. Brad has been great to deal with. Anything I had an issue or questions about, he was very responsive, and quick to get it resolved. The home is beautiful, and top quality. We are very happy!
My overall experience was favorable.
Experience was very positive, only issue was some indentations in flooring.
although it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, I was treated well.
It’s not all that great, because it takes a long time when you report issues that someone gets back to you to either solve the problem or just let you know what they decided..
Everything was great the walked me through everything
