Better low end option Example my shower head comes out of the drywall… spend a few extra buck to put the tile up farther … just looks crazy and your mortgage partner is an epic disappointment… I did not use him and he a terrible representative for your company when all others truly seem engaged and care

Working with Shane is the highlight of this process. But we still have a list of items to be completed from my presettlement and 45 day list. I would like to enjoy the home vs welcoming in repair ppl and moving furniture and belongings each week.
Recommend better follow up, communication, quality checks on house so there are not so many issues. It is concerning that I am having to chase down repairs/fixes 2 plus months after settlement. New grass in heat of summer with no warranty was unforgiving.

Position on the lot. Brookfield service was deplorable. Misrepresentations, lack of communication, poor workmanship, lack of QC oversight, inept mistakes and delays all led to an extremely dissatisfying experience. I would change the customer service an contractor oversight.

Floor plan, location, attractiveness of the house, and quality of the house. The community is beautiful.
Provide timely response to customers questions throughout the process. Or sales rep did not do this. Sometimes she didn’t respond at all. If there is going to be a delay with the house, tell people up front. We were strung along from March through the end of June. We didn’t know if we would be able to close by June 28 when our rate lock expired. And we closed without a Certificate of Occupancy because house didn’t pass inspection. There were also 4 different superintendents during the process of building our house. I feel we had to watch over Brookfield every step of the way.
