I am an out of state buyer. I had one in-person visit with Jay in Sales prior to moving forward with my purchase. Jay and his closing team was very communicative and helpful during the close; I appreciated Jay's responsiveness, and he helped to make the process very smooth. John, the construction manager, took time to walk me through the house and visually confirm that all inspection points and punch list items were complete, in addition to showing how the various functions worked. During and after the close, Alfredo on the construction and warranty team was an amazing help with new home delivery. Alfredo made sure that I had everything I needed at close and has followed up on manuals, registrations and the maintenance schedule. Alfredo has been very responsive to calls and texts and has made home ownership with Brookfield a simple process by thinking of everything I didn't know that I needed to think about. I truly appreciate him.
