Only complaint is their preferred lender, which was beyond terrible. They were the sole reason for significant delays in my closing.

B.R. Front people very good, unfortunately your subcontractors are lacking in pride of their work. The sod prep and laying is in my opinion was arguably unexceptable. We needed to have your lawn care out three times and are still waiting on the fourth to get sprinklers correct. Still waiting on a few sod pieces to turn green even after watering and this recent rain. Three way electrical switches installed in most room but missing in our walk thru bathroom, was told it is not required. For $600,000 a two way switch and gutters on all the house is common sense to install. My favorite is we are waiting on foundation people to dig under house to get to the plumbing pipe to replace it because construction crew some how got stones and mud or concrete in the piping. Again people working who do not care about doing it right. I would think it would be cost effective to test for that before pouring the slab. Overall the builder has a good house but needs to supervise the the subs closer.

Our overall experience with Brookfield was exceptional. Thank you Marc, (New Home Counselor), Joanna (Design Consultant ), Karen (Customer Guide), Colin (Construction Manager) and Thom (warranty and post move in assistance). We love our new home and community. The only challenge we experienced was with Home Pro. There was a communication gap around setting up our first appointment time caused by a clerical error they made with our phone number. Then, at White Glove inspection, wish we got a little more help with our Ring doorbell. After move in, we discovered the chime was not working due to poor battery install. Also, found we had a weak internet connection for our media outlet. Discovered by the person who wall mounted our TV. All fixable, and relatively small things, but something else to do that could have been avoided.
