Kolby & Natalie were great. Very responsive and allowed us to make the designs we wanted. Overall the house feels solid. I have confidence that the house will age well.

The people are great, but issues with details make me doubt everything else. Scratched glass doors, chipped tile, extra drill holes for glass enclosure, squeaky floors, tile installation, flaws that were covered over in interior doors and just painted-not really sanded visibly different finish, not painting the tops of door trim, the house not clean when delivered, the front door not being sealed -- all make me question the rest of work underneath.

They rushed to finish the home like being on a deadline. No I have warranty issues and I can’t seem to get them out here to fix them all? Not good for business
