Overall my experience with Brown Haven Homes was very good. Customer service and responsiveness to questions was excellent. Only semni-negtive was being clear on what is included with the house. Normally, one would expect a driveway to be standard and not the responsibility of the owner. However, things did work out for the best.
Very poor.
Was not happy with the outcome building of my home. Once I identified the bathroom shower was not done to my liking I was told they would not do anything about it.
Sam , who lead the construction of my home, was always responsive to my requests. He is a wonderful representative of Brown Haven Homes. I bought the piece of property on Lake Lure in 1980.. Brown Haven Homes helped make my dream come true!!!!!!
Brown Haven went above and beyond to make building this home a reality. The Brown Haven staff was phenomenal to work with. The construction leader, Bradley, was easy to work with and attentive to any concerns during construction.
In my opinion if someone is interested in building a custom home there is only one company I would highly recommend more Professional than any other Builder, Brown haven has apparently picked the most professional people to design, Finance, and build the home and when it’s done the amazement is overwhelming. I can’t find words To say How happy we are about our new home, it is absolutely perfect in every way. I want to give thanks to everyone involved, Steve our project mat Needs to be recognized you are the best. around THANK YOU EVERYONE
We were renting in a Tiny home 15 miles from our build location. So obviously we went pretty much every day to watch the progress. We were told 5-7 months from ground breaking. They broke ground mid February and we moved in June 30th!!!! Absolutely amazing work!
The house is great. A few issues with water supply
