I believe this is a well constructed home built with quality materials, but cleanliness and some details are lacking. The house was not very well cleaned when we took ownership. Cabinets were quite dusty and the condition of our wood floors was disappointing. We have since cleaned the floors and the red dirt that came out of them was way more than there should have been. I think you either put the finished floors down too soon in the build or they were not protected at all during the rest of construction. There is an area where we suspect paint may have been spilled on the floor, and it was not cleaned up well. Trim and doors were also finished with out being smoothed out. Some areas it appears dirt was painted over.
Excellent first time builder experience. Groundbreaking to move in in 5 months.

In particular, our experiences with Angelica, Patrick, Michael, Cory, and Mason were exceptional. The entire team led us through the building process in a very timely manner.
