Overall, the build process was a good experience, from picking out and altering a floor plan through the end of the build. There were some frustrating moments during the build though. The main problems stemmed from not being notified about delays in the process, or being told certain things would be taken care of within a specified time for them not to occur within that time frame. Instead, it was weeks later. All in all, when looking back, the guidance provided from the beginning, through selections, and receiving keys to our new home were very good.

From when I walked into the office the first time to when I picked up the keys I could have not been more impressed with them. From customer service to the little gifts along the way and accommodations made when building they are truly first in their class.
