Brown Haven did an amazing job on our new home! Natalie was so wonderful and patient with helping us design our interior and exterior design to perfection. Bret kept us well informed throughout the project and took care of all our concerns with professionalism and swift response. We loved the weekly update on our personalized home website and they lived up to their price promise as advertised on their website! We highly recommend Brown Haven to build the home of your dreams!

We had a great experience- from the first time we walked into the showroom in Sylva until we were handed the keys!

just u so you know a little background about me, i am on the older side which is normally a good thing for having experience on your side. we have built three new homes and helped physically build others. so was a little on the worried side when starting to look for a builder.

All good people. Several small changes and these would all be 5’s and brown haven would make a lot more money and caused a lot less heartache.

Angelica was fabulous at selections. She was so helpful in getting us to narrow our focus on what we wanted and made sure it all would work together. Sam was amazing. He kept us in the loop and answered questions along the way. We are so grateful for him!
