Living in another state having this built was a challenge. We loved how they showed us the progress with pictures each week. I would not recommend the loan people they had in the office.
BH homes is a very organized company that built us a quality home in a very short timeframe. Most of the issues that arose during the construction phase were taken care of in a timely manner. They did take responsibility and made it right, which we appreciated. There were a few unfinished items after moving in that needed addressed that took longer than they should have. But overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them. The people who I interacted with throughout the process were friendly, and likable.
Ethan and Blakely made our home building process enjoyable. We are thrilled with our beautiful house. Id especially like to say Ethan was outstanding as our GC. He was always available and responsive and had a positive and upbeat attitude. He kept our project on schedule and was easy to communicate with, thank you Ethan and Brown Haven!
The Brown Haven team did an excellent job from beginning to the end of the project. In Brett did an amazing job keeping us up to date as project moved through the stages and taking care of any issues that came up. We couldn’t have asked for a better superintendent on our build.

Wonderful experience, I don’t know a whole lot about the home building process but everything seems great to me and BrownHaven did a wonderful job working with me and keeping me informed along the way.
