Would Change

The vendors/contractors were terrible. I cannot think of one good experience we had with repairs/replacements. The counters were replaced under warranty but the replacements weren't cut right so they had to be shaved in our garage. Glass above the door broke. It still isn't repaired. The AC was installed wrong and took a week to be repaired. Dwayne and Marty at PowerHouse electric totally ruined my upstairs home theater setup, wouldn't meet with me in person so I could show them how to do it properly, and screwed up the install four times. It will take me at least $1,000 to repair the work they did. I also know Dwayne ruined David Rapoport's conduit, refused to repair, and claimed he was unaware of any other problems in the neighborhood. You should be proactive and reach out to David.
