issues with the electrical and switches not being in the right places. Very inconvenient location of light switches. Some I feel were placed wrong due to a reverse build of schematics. Access to the lake is minimal. No real entry points for accessing the water. Gates are not accessible in many locations even though they are within 10 feet of the homes. The excercise room is old and out dated and I should have a choice of which club house to join. Not have to do both. Bridgeland has a much better setup for facilities. We need benches and trees by the lake. There is really no where to sit;. Unlike all the other locations.

The professional care and attendance to detail by Kim and Aaron is fantastic. A great experience and they made it very easy. We are pleased with our Caldwell home and experience.

Sales was marked down due to Sarah not following up and not explaining to us many options that were available. She was let go mid-process and things improved significantly. We have built 5 houses with builders and was the general contractor for the house we built in Benders Landing, Brandon and Jack were fantastic to work with and the best home general contractors that we have worked with. We love our new home. The biggest current issues is that Google Maps and most on-line access system do not have Victory Green Way in there system. It has been over a year since this street was constructed and is almost sold out yet the address is still an issue with: getting packages delivered, contractors finding house, registering ANYTHING like appliances that will not let you manual input an address, TXDOT system for car tags etc. will not let you do it on-line but have to print the form and take it to the tag office. Is there anything Caldwell can do to correct this issue for everyone on our street?

We have been very pleased with all aspects of the Caldwell buiding experience. The Sales staff was vey easy to work with and cooperative and the construction team was very responsive to our requests. We have had only one warranty call so far which was addressed to our satisfaction, althought it took awhile for the Caldwell supplier to respond.
