The builder has been so generous and understanding. House is so well built. Buying from them was a great decision
Legacy lakes is a beautiful community to live in. Disappointed that the HOA didn't welcome us as new members, and if it wasn't for a neighbor to explain, about the FB page where we would get information, we wouldn't know anything that is happening in the community. We still do not know how the community club works or anything about using the amenities here in Legacy Lakes. In other words, you have to continuously check the facebook page. I can not believe all members get on facebook everyday to check what is happening. Also, after moving in, we were told that there is a two-3 year wait list for the golf club membership.

Builder was great and addressed our concerns/ feedback during the building process.
Needed help towards closing issues that your real estate agent wasn’t providing or would not respond to get.
Small items could be better, like placing of towel racks, none were close to either shower in the house. Several outlets were not level, just little things like this. Several rooms have their light switches further from the door . Normally the switch is closer and is easier to find.
Great company to work with. Does not feel like “production builder” Gary and Belinda were great. Minor issues on things left undone after closing.
