It was excellent service
This being the 2nd home purchased through coventry between my dad and I the current i recently bought is built significantly poorly. I can hear squeaking noises and there is alot more vibration in the floor when someone walks. The previous house which was purchased in 2017 was very solid built to last long time!!! But unfortunately not the current one I am living in. The contractor didn't do a good job of cleaning the house prior to possession which was very disappointing. I am fairly certain my journey with Coventry is over after buying this house. Not recommending to my friends and family either.
While our new home is beautiful and my family loves our new space, my experience has been mixed between good and bad. I feel our possession date was rushed and as such, there are many deficiencies that should have been part of a polished build. Not issues with normal new home settling that are covered under warranty, but rather work just not done and things missing. Responsiveness to inquiries has been good with Pamela Armstrong, but extremely poor from our assigned contact of Amber. We are still waiting on follow-up to questions. Again, beautiful build, but for a million dollar home, I would expect better service and support.
The sales with Darren Potter was great. The house is very nice. However with all new buildings there are issues. We feel that the after service from Coventry Homes is minimal. The sub contractors have been very good. The minimal service from Coventry is from Evert dismissing our floor shaking concerns. Also we would like more updates on seasonal service: concrete driveway &sidewalk, parging, trim paint touch up,ect
I bought the house on 1st May however my final grade and my driveway is not done I have followed so many times it is already 1 month as a result I cannot do my lamdscaping and one of my panel outside is of different colour still need to be painted

We had amazing experiences with both our sales area manager Sheila and home building/construction manager Troy. Sheila was professional, efficient, and thorough in her job. She was so caring. We were looking at homes virtually in another province and Sheila was miles apart from her other competitors in providing us information and moving things along. She also demonstrated so much care and compassion. Troy was very responsible, accountable, and had great attention to detail. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and we are confident we are well taken care of.

Coventry has made out move from BC to a quality home in Stony Plain an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend putting them on top of your list when looking for a quality new build .
The buying experience was amazing, the sales team did an amazing job, every time I had a question, I received a quick and detailed response. There were dealys due to some repairs that needed to be done in the last minute, which I understand happens, but the house was not cleaned properly for my possession day, dirty filters and dust in lots of dust variuse places, its a huge buy for my family and the delivery process did not felt special at all, lots of the cosmetic issues that were mention during inspection of the house were not fix and it looks like the trades did not cared about the craftsmanship, unfortantly I was disappointed with construction quality controls and lack of attention to details.
