Original sales person, Darren, was awful and discussed my financial situation with someone outside of Coventry and was my colleague. Concerns about quality of work were blown off and we have had our own trades come in and fix the work. Warranty doesn’t respond back, and when they do it’s either wait or too bad, so sad. We are ready to sell and cut our losses

It should be communicated to potential buyers if you haven't moved into your house prior to July that you will not be able to use your yard and therefore for us, we are also not able to use our garage this winter because the rough grade certificate was not completed until four months after we moved in. We lost a $5000 deposit with our landscaping people because we were told it was completed when we moved in when in fact it was not. Additionally because we can not use our yard this year we are forced to store our items that can not get wet in our garage over winter so our garage is not useable now. To top it off the client service team lead was absolutely atrocious to deal with and kept giving us the run around and unprofessional snotty replies to our inquiries. Although the house is great, it is has not been a good experience and we will not recommend Coventry. I will note that Sheilla our sales manager was absolutely fantastic to deal with and if the experience had followed in the same fashion as she set forth at the beginning of this purchase I would be giving 5 stars all around, unfortunately that has not been the case.
