The people have been the best part of buying a new home with Creative. I imagine most new homes have similar features and finishes/upgrades but the people make Creative a great experience.

Lots of communication throughout the build process and they made the home readily available to us to visit and check on progress without much restriction. After moving in they have been very responsive to warranty related subjects.
