Experience has been great! Started with Mitchell in Sales office very knowledgeable and personable. Emily in the design center was wonderful. Professional , knowledgeable , worked with my budget , was NOT pushy! Jack was GREAT!! Kept me VERY informed of any delays / deadlines. Timely with weekly updates and pictures. Very Prompt with getting back to me with any questions /converns. Other than some minor things ha for my 60 review , I am thrilled with quality of my home.
2 months after closing and still waiting for basic repairs of deficiencies noted during our final walk through. We can't get a response regarding the schedule for repairs.

The entire process here at The Preserve was well managed! My wife and I returned to Blacksburg looking to retire. We spent two years looking across a 5 county area and ultimately decided on [redacted]. It’s the right size for a middle-age couple looking to downsize and not worry about home maintenance issues, or lawn care etc.- moving forward. Blacksburg offers all the community services (good medical, library, athletic workout centers and of course the University) anyone could want once they retire. Kristine at Towne Mortgage (Eagle’s preferred underwriter) was exceptional throughout all phases of the financial piece and Tanner was very responsive and knowledgeable during the sales cycle. Finally, Devon was and remains very much engaged in the construction phase and is helpful even after the close- something that is much appreciated by me and our new neighbors. Quality of construction is far superior than other builders in the area! I know because ever day I look out my front window and see the building process in “real time.” All in all….we could not have been more pleased with Eagle! Well done
I thought it was great after we signed not thrilled with the lack of responsiveness from the original sales person. Once Bonnie and Tommy had control was a great experience. Very attentive to questions and concerns. Also Emily at the designer center was fantastic
