Review of Overall Experience

The buying experience with David was solid. He was extremely responsive. Neighborhood is beautiful. Warranty is effective if/when you get a response. For a community of this size, one person does not seem to be enough. Jarian appears greatly overwhelmed by the volume of requests he is receiving. The HOA, which I understand is not Empire per se is abysmal, and that is evident only after 1 month living here! Regardless, the HOA when Empire is the Board is a reflection on Empire, so I wish they would do something to get better and more effective communication from Fieldstone.
