Sales people - David and Kerri and Alan were responsive.

Would Change

This is my 6th home and the sales people were great and Alan was as well but I’ve had major issues with my heating and air, and no one from the warranty Dept has even contacted me. I had roofing issues, etc. This is the worst new home purchase experience i have ever had post closing. I’m reconsidering recommending this builder to my co-workers/friends.

Would Change

They can call me if they really want to know my thoughts. To much to write here. This has been, by a large margin, from start to finish, and post closing, the worst new building experience we have ever had. Our builder, Tim, tried to be responsive and was good to wrk with. However, he was spread to thin,and subs used by EA simply were not very good. Can give multiple examples if contacted. The process Flow EA uses cannot be the most efficient and effective way to build. Tim was only as good as the tools he is given.
