Quality workmanship (AC unit not properly installed, plumbing leaking , framing not leveled…) and someone who will not try to convince me that everything was done properly.

I will say everyone was very very nice. But in the end I’d rather deal with someone less nice that knew their stuff or didn’t answer a question until they knew the answer, and didn’t just act like a yes man then later say no.

Would Change

I would have been less relaxed about the process and been more diligent to ensure I documented my questions and concerns. I would change most of the finishes as they are damaged or sloppy (e.g., paint in the entire house, damaged upgraded flooring, creaky floors, visible seams in some walls and many ceilings etc).

The basement being drywalled around the foundation is amazing.

Would Change

I wouldn't have paid for the alarm system wire in - everything is wireless now so I have to rip out all the wire and fix the holes. I would definitely change the layout of the basement for the rough in bathroom.

Staffs are friendly. Overall finishing job is good. Unfinished basement has good insulation.

The decor center should have updated information about the building standard. The siding work should be more careful. The ceiling dry wall has obvious traces of joists.

More control over subtrades, review of product before handover, community needs to be cleaned up , more communication from builder /owner regarding problems encountered
