My experience has been extremely positive at all stages. EQ Homes has been very responsive. Melissa has been very helpful in answering questions as I took possession of the house. Emma from the Design Studio really understood the vision I had for the house and did an amazing job helping select the finishes. I am really pleased with how it all came together. It also felt like the construction team put a lot of care and attention to detail in building the house. EQ Homes offered a clear roadmap for the building of the house and was on time with all deadlines in the process.

This is my first home I had built and dealing with EQ homes, from the sales agent, Alain to the people who helped select all of the interior choices and the people who were constructing the house. Has been a great experience overall. They’ve been very responsive with deficiencies and the quality of the home seems to be very good compared to other townhomes I’ve seen/heard of.

Overall experience was really good. Everyone we dealt with were professional and tried hard to make sure we were happy in our choices. The only reason we did not give a 5 on the overall experience is the flexibility of EqHomes. When it comes to the framework the is no flexibility. Like the two small windows in our bedroom. We wanted them removed. This is our fourth builder we buy a home and the others were more willing to make small adjustments to their design. Another example. We wanted to buy our own lights and get them installed by EqHomes and the answer was no. Our other builders allowed us the feature which was really better for the client and saved money to the builder. They got to save on the lights. Overall the quality of the work we are really happy with. We truly want to say thank you to Sara, Betty, Emma and Shawn for everything they have done for us.
Great staff and team, good quality built but less flexibility to change things. Their warranty and construction staff are responsive, accommodating, and great!
