Other then the closing day clean up and lack of attention to the small details that separates a good experience from a fantastic first class experience that I thought is what Esperanza Homes strives to be known as. So my wife and I consider it a good experience that needs better attention to details in order to be gold crown exceptional.

I would love to change my responses. Our concerns have just not been addressed. Our first home and experience was 5 stars. I’m guessing the standards are just not as high in Laredo when compared to the RGV.
