I like the layout. for 2300sqf, the home was planned excellently. Collingwood is a masterpiece. I like the fact that i was carried along through out the entire process and possession date was accurate.
Honest and open communication. I liked the weekly photo updates! I had thought about making a weekly trip to view the progress myself. Getting the pictures made a weekly trip for myself not necessary. Also, I could see the progress of the home, inside and out.
