What we like most about the home is the layout and design
I liked that they did provide some upgrades by defaults such as ring door bell garage keypad and smart thermostat. Final grade in the back. Communication for construction updates was a plus. Brendon was very knowledgeable and did his best to answer questions and concerns. Sales team could use some help in making sure there are follow up that are done. Warranty rep was busy and did not get to see how in person but still could have reached out through email to check on for any conecrs. Overall the experience has been positive but I think as a builder excel home can excel so much better than other builder if upgrades and show home and actual home discrepancies can be addressed.
