The homes built by excel homes have good design, homes were build by experienced builders. My first time home buying experience with excel homes is fantastic. Site supervisor is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
The location of the home and competitive pricing.
I really liked the sales team dealing, overall experience from booking the house to the possession and continuous back-and-fourth coordination. The house looks fancy and the fireplace is the main highlight with tiles in open-to-below concept. All the appliance and items installed are of top quality. The lot size is bigger and the house is very spacious. Location is also a plus point. I really like that everyone did a great job starting from Sales to the Construction Manager, Warranty expert and rest of the staff. Highly recommend to all friends and families to choose Excel Homes.

Exterior lay out
My initial perception about the service is all blur after my experience with them on the wildlife issue. They have not met timelines they agreed to with regards to Garage Pad, Landscaping and Painting of Columns. I like that my home has a similar floor plan (Sunking living room) to one which I was looking to purchase at one of Excels Competitors.
The service
What we like the most is how easy the process was. André and his team did an awesome and laudable job in guiding us from our lot selection to pre con up to possession date. The home selection for interior and exterior designs and colors was smooth, it was organized and systematic. He was kind enough to lay down all we need to know from the start of our home journey. In addition to the great service, Excel homes has a commendable mortgage team, Lorie and her team was of great help in our mortgage processing and assistance. My husband and I are very happy with our home and thanks to André and Excel homes, highly recommended! André and Excel homes deserve a 5 Star for our home purchase experience at Vita Crystallina.
