It’s very difficult to complete the survey because I still have several outstanding tasks to complete. We moved in on December 18, 2025. We had a sprinkler system that wasn’t blown out, causing some damage to the property. I specifically asked your real estate agent about it seven or eight times, and they assured me it had been blown out. I also have a screenshot to prove this. There was over 16000 liters of water that flooded the outside of my property. Additionally, the garage has gaps that allow sunlight to enter and rodents. This was a show home for a parade of homes twice consecutively, so I find it hard to believe that no one noticed these deficiencies. You had almost a year and a half to two years to address them and if you don’t have someone to walk a house that was just built you should probably invest in that.

Building with Foxridge was an awesome experience from start to finish. We had heard about different negative issues with builders. eg. hidden charges, poor after sakes service , unresponsiveness after possession.etc but with Foxridge, we didn't experience any of these. Our deficiencies noted during possession have all been completed except one. Quality of build is great. People always ask for the builder whenever they visit our home. Even people that did some installation after possession commented on the quality of materials and finishing. Foxridge was also not just about delivering the build but also ensuring that the build was per standard including the aesthetics. I am so glad we went with Foxridge.
