Our sales representative Anna was absolutely fantastic! She is a great ambassador for Great Gulf. Sharon Edgehill is also another person that is an asset, upon taking possession of our home we have some issues arise which Sharon was attentive and took prompt action to ensure they were corrected in a timely manner. Ed was service was also quite pleasant. I must say Sharon, Ed and John provided excellent service recovery, as we were disappointed with these issues. The quality of the build is excellent. We are happy we decided to buy with Great Gulf

Would Change

The experience with our design consultant was very negative. Fortunately, we were well prepared with our design selections, the design consultant was not helpful. This single encounter almost ruined the purchase experience, we requested to have someone else support us as we finalized the design and selection process. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to complete a PDI with the builder. The person completing the PDI did not identify some internal and external issues. Nothing significant, sure it was a mere oversight

We never got a welcome basket in our home or a gift of any kind from Great Gulf which builders usually do, that was dissapointing.
