I like the windows in house and faucets which are more modern and exceeded expectations. Whether they are resolving the issue or not, I have at least customer care is good at answering the phones and emails in prompt manner.
I would recommend better design center consultants who are patient enough and true intention to help with their selections. Also after PDI no one even mentioned what was done and what was not. We have to figure out everything. If there is a better open ticket tracking where customer have access to that would be great!!
