Everyone has been great and the process to buy the home was smooth and quick. Built an interactive home in 2018 moved and came back to an interra home.
Everything was good, took awhile to get the lawn in with the heat, so lots of dust and dirt. Also cement in garage and basement should be washed as part of move in cleaning, so much cement dust that gets tracked in from both areas.

I answered yes to recommending but too early to say for sure. We have had several issues that took too long to be addressed. One being a microwave that took 3 weeks to get replaced. There are several issues we are waiting on currently to get resolved. The HOA monthly fee needs to be handled differently. Invoices should be sent out as a reminder. Our previous home HOA sent out quarterly invoices. Garage door keyless entry pad was not explained but I figured it out on my own. Cabinet plastic tabs are impossible to remove to change shelf location without cutting yourself. I’m hoping someone will get out to look at our yard. It looks like a cornfield in the back and has tons of bare spots. The condo was very dirty on move in. Back deck and patio full of nails and very dirty. Windows are still a mess with a grimy film and some sort of cement on screens and on siding. I’m hopeful things will improve in the future.

The building experience was a positive one for me - my superintendent Nick was great to work with. My only concerns during the entire process centered around the lack of workmanship from the building framers and the drywall workers - it really didn’t seem like they took any pride in the quality of their work.

The initial sales meetings went well; however, once we entered the construction phase, the challenges began. The construction process felt rushed; our superintendent lacked knowledge about the home-building process, and the contractors hired for the work did not pay attention to detail. Had we not been present on the build site almost daily, many things in our home would have been done incorrectly.
