Windows are terrible insulation is terrible there isnt even a simple seeding provided floor shakes like crazy when walking i can hear a t.v. at a normal volume all the way in the basment. House is built with 2x4 construction not a quality 2x6 floor already seems to sag garage is so small i cant wven fot my 1500 in it i have a 3 car garage and can only fit one car in it. Two out of four rooms are so pourly insulated/ bad winfows they are substantially colder even with trying to balance out the vents... there is a gab on the bottom plate in basement is not tight and lets cold air and some water in. Over all pour quality home.

Chris was excellent in initial sales process. Very helpful and responsive. Troy was also excellent as project manager during the construction process. Also very responsive and helpful. Building quality is average in terms of workmanship and materials.
