Overall our experience was positive. The quality of our home is reflective of the price point that we bought it for. I was disappointed to see that our home was one of the only ones in the neighborhood that didn’t get gutters put on it. Of course we didn’t notice this until after the fact after we moved in. We would have negotiated or offered our price differently if we knew this. Instead we were forced to have to get these done outside of the buying process.

We thought purchasing a new home was the best option in the current area we needed to live in. After living here a month we realized the materials and quality was not thr greatest for the price we paid. The house is a cookie cutter house that is mass produced.
We’re happy with the quality of our home. However, there were many instances of miscommunication or no communication throughout the building process. We wish there would have been more options to choose from during the design process and things that would have been brought to our attention (example: no drawers in vanities, which we didn’t know until after they were put in). We’re still waiting on replacement cabinet door faces, since the installers were careless and damaged them.

Great floor plan and we love the house. There are several areas that we will need to take advantage of the 1 year warranty. We do have a grading issue in our yard around our drainage easment in which it seems the owness is starting to drift to us after several attempts for assistance. We have constant standing water. I was waiting to take the survey until after we address some of these issues but I will take advantage of the $100 incentive!
Loved how they greeted me with warm welcome. Didn't get keys right away and was disappointed. Drive way is off balance and NO gutters on home. Terrible water run offs.
