Our overall experience has been positive, with the highest level of customer service.
We’ve build 4 homes and by far this is our favorite. There isn’t anything I can say that is negative. Interra was very wonderful to work with. Lindsay at the design center was so knowledgeable and helpful. Dan was a great GC and always available for questions. If I were to build again I would in a heartbeat pick JTB/Interra again. The quality is fantastic and they even completed their he project a month ahead of schedule. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Overall our experience has been great - we love our floor plan and the home in general. We are slightly disappointed as there are several things that we feel shouldn’t be happening after being in the home a month (exterior paint that didn’t get touched up after repairs found after inspection, carpet is unraveling more than we believe it should, cabinet doors that have gouges or are getting worn). While we understand wear is to be expected, having all of it happen so soon is not what we would expect. However, our warranty technician has been very responsive so we are hoping all of these issues will be taken care of considering how little we have been living in the home.
