Home was not professionally cleaned before turn over. Extremely dirty not acceptable. Piles of dry way dust found in many places.

Love the brightness in the unit. Enjoy the layout of the home.

Use better quality paint, it is the lowest quality paint that Sherwin Williams Sells. Use the same tile throughout the bathrooms floors. All finishes (door handles cabinet handles, light sconces, taps - match color. All black or all silver/chrome/nickel, but all match. That light fixtures are completed and not plated over for later completion. use better quality windows. Lower quality windows that are in the units make for more difficult usage and over time will need to be replaced sooner. Don't try to meet the lowest standard create your own that is higher than everyone else. As well the evergreen trees that are planted in the back of the units was ill conceived and will end up costing more money to pull out and replace. As these types of trees have root systems that destroy foundations, sprinkler pipe and each tree needs about 30 feet of space on all sides to properly grow. The landscape architect should be fired. The trees are a real problem for gutters later in their life. 5-10 years form now they will plug up our gutters and ruin the roofs. Really poor choices.
