The overall process was exciting. The superintendent was very informative on the process and notify us on all changes that is required or suggested to us.
I would like to see a better product for noise insulation. The drywall and paint used is easily damage/dented.

Sales girls Michelle and Lorraine were so pleasant and ladies at the design center were very nice. Ling was pretty great too.
I would change site super, contractors that work on drywall, painters, i would make sure employees follow up on their promises. I would ensure everything is done on time ( we have lived here for approx 4 months now and still dealing with 2 month service repairs). Our fireplace looks very unfinished and dirty too. Trades that built this home definitely just wanted to get it done and move on....quantity over quality. And we are second time Jayman buyers.... disappointed
The Jayman team ensured that I understood every step of the process by keeping me informed throughout. I would like to recognize Michael Laprairie, Robyn McCullough , Jenny Mak and the site supervisor, Eric for exceptional service. It really was a great experience working with them and I will definitely continue to refer Jayman to family and friends .

I just suggested to jayman give more option in paints in brights colours because in basic option give all light colours
The layout of the home and the quality is great. All The appliances are good, also the home automaton is amazing
I wish they would’ve explained the electrical operations and locations of switches and plugs prior to putting them in. I have switches behind doors and plugs that are inaccessible. Also wish Angela would’ve kept in touch a little more with the process as I was left out to dry many times throughout the process
Timely updates on the structural building process, flexibility in down payment deposits and auto price adjustment when the base price dropped.
Change = Adding the cooling system , mudroom window and developed basement.
We loved the buying experience. they really cared for us and guided us through whole process. Sales team( Lawrence/Weston), interior designer (Melody), Construction superintendent (Jeff) and whole team did awesome job. Way better than our expectation. Thanks a lot JAYMAN
Only one suggestion to improve closure experience as JAYMAN forgot to give me statement of adjustment and it caused lot of pressure at the end on us but It wasn't intentional. They apologized for it and We have no complaint. Just mentioned it for any future customer. Overall, very happy
