Chris and Hilary both were exceptional - the level of service I got from the both of them was more than expected/ I’m in customer service myself and those two went above and beyond and made me feel so happy every step of the way and it was fun - legit zero stress FANTASTIC TEAM YOU HAVE!

Nothing, Chris and Hilary were fantastic every step of the way - it felt like I was buying from friends wnd family it was the best most comfortable exciting feeling working with team Jayman

Overall, My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Jayman! Our Sales Area Manager Hillary, Construction Manager Chris and Warranty associate Patty went above and beyond for us! We'd especially want to thank them for making our process smoother and for helping us out in each and every step. As a first-home buyer, they made it easier for us to make choices by providing their genuine opinion/guidance and we are glad we chose Jayman as our first home! We love our Sonata Model and would definitely recommend Jayman to everyone especially because of it's excellent customer service! We received weekly updates from the Sales team regarding the progress of our home which kept us connected throughout the process, We also received reminders about several appointments. And normally, associates don't care after selling the house but with Jayman we feel like a part of their family where they provided us with exceptional after sales service as well.

Would Change

Some of the services and upgrades seemed to be a bit pricy such as fireplace, etc. that we felt were cheaper through external contractors.

The representative person (Petty?) of the warranty team. She is mean. Unfriendly. My kitchen sink have standing water after moving in for a week. She is not helping said I should bot hire a plumber on my own. I haven’t wash my dishes for 3 days already (COVID-19 is still happening!).

We were highly impressed with Liz and Fatima in the sales department. They were always very helpful and Liz went above and beyond to help answer my questions. John the foreman was also very good in our walkthrough.

Would Change

1- The interior selection process-too rushed to make decisions. Two appointments are not enough. We should be able to take samples home. The interior designer was outwardly annoyed that we wanted a third appointment and that we made changes during this appointment. The sales team made it sound like we could have as many appointments as we wanted yet Shannon said we were technically only allowed two. There needs to be proper communication between these 2 areas. I think there was a breakdown between designer and sales. I am not sure if it was just our designer or they are all like this. 2- Ensure design choices are installed correctly. Our countertops in kitchen and upstairs bathrooms were all wrong in our cabinet walkthrough. It seems that some of the items in our walkthrough and found subsequently to our move in could have been avoided if correct materials were installed initially. It feels like a renovation in the kitchen/bathrooms and not a new house. We have lost some confidence that the carpets we paid to have upgraded are actually the correct upgraded carpet because of the install errors on countertops and laminate in basement. 3-painting could have been better/more awareness. There are paint splatters on our cabinets that we can not get off. Also being picky there were a lot of drywall imperfections that were overlooked. 4-rough grade should be done prior to possession. We are not confident that final grade will be done timely for us to put a deck in the spring causing us to lose the upcoming summer use of our yard. The grading at possession was terrible/non existent. After many queries and raising our concerns only 1 side of our yard was rough graded (did not seem like the whole yard was rough graded). We should not be made to wait because lots beside us were either not sold/or the build has started. It should be communicated that if Jayman does not build our deck that rough and final grades will be delayed. 5-explanations of the lots should be given so purchasers know what they look like. For example size, levelness, etc. 6-we did not get an external walkthrough when we were told we would on possession. They seemed to be in a rush to leave due to another appointment. We still have not had an external walkthrough. 7-We had no contact with construction team until the wiring walkthrough with John the foreman. We received updates from sales weekly. Second contact with construction was in the walk through a week before possession.

Mo was a great salesman who went over all the details and made sure that everything was done the way we wanted and was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend anyone looking for a home to go see Mo. He will answer any questions very quickly and if he doesn't know the answer he will find out and get back to you as soon as he can.

Due to the service and support team all my positive experience through out the construction process disappeared.

Would Change

After possession there was no follow-ups and not checked of any issues. There was a open work item for Cabinet which is not finished. Micro oven not installed and there was no follow-up and I need to contact and run behind the Jayman support and service team but there was no proper response. Still this pending item work not finished and no idea when this will be addressed. I am horribly upset with the service and support team for their response. It is better that Jayman should improve their Quality check and Quality team inspections.
