The house quality is good . I will appreciate a better job to be done on the walkway pavement s and exterior painting

My wife and I just purchased our home from Kensington. We worked very closely with Akriti. Akriti was amazing from the start. She was always clear on the process as well as very informed . She answered our questions from the beginning to the end. And even though we have been in our home for about 1.5 months she is still available to answer questions we may have. The other Kensington team members that we encountered while working on our home were also great. That team included Tony, Anna, Taylor and Donna were all great. If we have to do over this process again we will definitely use Team Kensington to build our home again. The quality and the choices were vast and great!

Kensington Homes are very responsive and they carry you along all through the journey from the day you sign your offer to when you get your keys. The post possession team are also amazing. Great experience.

The process of buying the home was easy and seamless however the after sales service has been very poor. Also communication about works to be done after we moved in has been lacking.

Satisfactory - However, I would recommend if they can allow more modifications to the interior of a spec home at the customers expense. This will give customer room for huge options and possibly help Kesington to cater for more customers rather than narrowed spec home to only few modifications

Overall it was ok. But, there are few things i experienced for that i will not recommend it to anyone. Finishing of everything is worst. Recently stucco work done. Its spec home but still they put dash stucco which used to be done in 90s. There are more spec homes on same street but their stucco is plain or dragged
