I absolutely love my new home. It’s bright, peaceful, and felt right the moment I moved in. The house is also well lit and energy efficient. My only small wishes are that the bedroom was a bit bigger and that the master shower was on the right side, but those are minor compared to how happy I am here.

Overall i'd say our experience was ok. Shelly, Taylor and Jason are the ones who stood out and helped us the most in this process. Biggest issue would probably selecting your house model to the design center i think needs more work, from giving people more time with the process, giving all options you have up front would help. As there are things now i wish i did different because i we were not informed or didnt know we can do.

The quality of the house can be improved. The new built home has some issues, like scratches on the glass, water spots on the roof, some screws are not fully screwed in under carpet...Some issues can be detected while was building the home and just order the replacements right away. Kensington is providing the solutions and booking all the repair or service in.
